Majority of the areas in the building are being overcooled into the low 70's F. The temperature is below the HCPSS Guidelines for Energy Conservation setting of 76 F for cooling mode. Building Maintenance to review the HVAC controls and temperature settings to maintain proper temperature and improve energy conservation.
