RAHU-1 - Outside air dampers (OADs) appeared to be closed. Also, two AAON rooftop units (no tag numbers) located on the kindergarten addition side of the building - OADs closed. Deschamp RTU (no tag number) located on the Kindergarten addition side of the building and OAAHU-3- OADs appeared to be 100% open when it is 34 deg. outside temperature. OADs should be at minimum position when the outside temperature is that cold unless it is a dedicated 100% fresh air unit.

OAAHU-1- One filter blown off and hanging from filter clip. Majority of the air is passing through this opening and is not being filtered. Similar finding was reported last year as part of the previous year's inspection findings. OAAHU-2- Filters are pushed out and creating air bypass.
