Portable 107-2- Thermostat heating set point was 62 degrees, below the standard set point. Changed the set point to 67 deg. while on site. According to the teacher, per the Building Maintenance Department there has been some problems with the unit in the air conditioning mode and that is why the heating set point is set so low so it does not get too hot. Maintenance has been requested to check the unit for the root cause of the issue.
RTU-2B- initially was not running but after I opened up a second access door to the unit it started running. A request was made to Building Maintenance to check the unit for proper operation.
