The outside air dampers (OADs) on all units appeared to have been open at minimum position. Based on today's outside weather condition the OADs could have been opened in economizer mode, meaning maximizing introduction of outside air while minimizing energy usage. The operation of economizer mode on all units should be checked and verified by actual demonstration in the field.

Was not able to inspect one rooftop unit and few exhaust fans on the lower roof due to inaccessibility to the lower roof because there is no means to get from higher roof to lower roof (ladder removed during roofing project (Building Maintenance has been notified)).
