RTU-7- Filters section access door handle loose and not working. Tried to tighten the screws on the handle while on site but was unable to do so and could not open the door. Screws appeared to stripped and handle broke.
RTU-K-RM- Access door latches are bent and one door cannot be opened and another door for outside air section not properly closed. Tried to close it and latch it properly while on site but was unable to do so.

OARTU-3-Metal rods being used to hold the filters in place and prevent them from falling. Rods appeared to be penetrating a little bit into the filters. Suggest coming up with another way to accomplish the same intent.
