Misc. Comments
ACU-12 condenser section (air conditioning portion) appears to be running while outside temperature is 39 deg. No components of the air conditioning should be running when it's that cold outside. This needs to be checked out during the heating season before the system is switched back to cooling.

Portable # 129 and 130- System was set in "Heat" mode instead of "Auto" mode. On portable 130, was able to change the system to "Auto" while on site but was not able to get into the lock box of portable 129.

Portable # 28- Write portable number on the thermostat like all other portables. Also, thermostat mounted too high for maintenance and inspection. Should not be mounted more than five ft. high (at eye level) like all the other thermostat are mounted.

Identical report has been created for Lake Elkhorn because both the schools are in the same (one) building.
