AHU-8- Folding chair stored inside the mixing plenum. AHU-3- Refrigerant cylinders were stored in the mixing section. This is a repeat finding. Pulled them out of the unit and put them outside on the roof while on site. HVAC department to collect. All units- outside air dampers dirty and need to be thoroughly cleaned. AHU-7 & 8- Inlet vanes appeared to be 100% closed.

It appears that incorrect size pre-filters are installed in most rooftop units and wooden planks are being used at the end to fill the open space and compensate for it. In AHU-7-Wood planks are quite large, adding unnecessary pressure drop to the system. Wood planks in AHU-1 have water stains.
