ACU-1 - No date or initials on exposed side of filter. Pulled out the filter and date was on the hidden side of the filter. Changed the installation orientation of the filter so the installation date is on the exposed side. ACU-1 and other similar units with only single set (that do not have two sets of filters, pre-filters and final filters) of filters should be replaced at least once a year.

Portable # 124- The teacher's desk is located right underneath the thermostat and there are many wall hangings, partially covering the thermostat. Spoke to the principal about this while on site and also sent an email with pictures to move the desk and wall hangings for proper operation of the unit and maintenance access.
