Portable 165- Thermostat guard front cover was not in place and was sitting on a table on the side. Also the system was in "Heat" mode instead of "AUTO". Reinstalled the front cover and changed the system to "Auto" mode while on site. Nobody except the authorize personnel should remove the thermostat cover and make adjustments to the thermostat.
