Portable 79- Thermostat front cover had been removed by someone and sitting on one side on a table. Thermostat covers should never be removed other than authorized personnel. I installed it back on while on site. System was set in "Heat" mode instead of "Auto" mode. Changed it to "Auto" mode while on site.
Portable 199- Heating temperature was set at 72 degrees instead of 70 degrees. Changed it to 70 deg. while on site.
