Inconsistency on the position of the outside air dampers (OADs) from one unit to the other. On some units OADs appear to be 100% open and on some units100% closed while on others partially open. For example, RTU-2, RTU-4, RTU-6, RTU-8 and RTU-9: OADs 100% open and for RTU-3: OADs 100% closed.

Portable 175- Thermostat was set in the wrong mode of operation "cool" when it should have been in the "auto" mode. This was corrected while on site and the Building Maintenance was notified of this and to follow up and ensure proper operation.

Portable 175- Due to the incorrect setting of the mode of operation the space temperature was 55 deg. while both the teacher and students were in the portable. See comment above, thermostat was in the wrong mode.

Some brand new spare filters stored in the mechanical room and laying open outside the boxes collecting dust and exposed to the outside elements losing the performance level of brand new filters.
