RTU-O, RTU-SW and RTU-NE- Outside air dampers (OADs) closed.
Inconsistency on the position of the OADs from one unit to the other. On some units OADs appear to be 100% open while on others OADs partially open. For example, RTU-SE and RTU-MC OADs 100% open while on RTU-I-OADs partially open and RTU-KA-OADs insignificantly open.
On some units the OADs are 100% open while the mechanical cooling is running for example RTU-MC and RTU-SE. Mechanical cooling should never run while the OADs are 100% open, they should only be at minimum position.
