Issues found durring this assessment have been assigned to the above
work order(s).
Spoke to, HVAC Tech who was at the site and also spoke to Controls Specialist on the phone. Apparently the variable frequency drive for RTU-2 is running at 50% due to a control issue. Also, RTU-3 has some compressor issues and is not heating properly. The HVAC department is working on it.
