Media center had an abundant of stuffed animals. Room C44/116 had two large fabric chairs that do not appear to be HCPSS issued. Room C34/113 had numerous fabric cushions and furniture that do not appear to be HCPSS issued. Although items appear visibly clean, they can be a reservoir or source of allergens when disturbed and/or handled not knowing their origin and if not properly maintained. In addition, additional time for custodial staff to clean. School administration is to decide what items are necessary to meet educational needs. Items not required are to be removed.

Thermostats were obstructed in rooms C54/125 and C44/116 by bookcases. School administration is to have custodial and teaching staff work together to relocate casework so not to impede air space around the thermostat.
The fan setting in portable 274 was in the "auto" position instead of "on" (recommended as a temporary COVID measure). Work order 215208.
