Cafeteria (73.3%) - The HVAC system was operating but should not have been at that time. HVAC contacted. Portables - Fan mode on portables incorrectly set to "on." The thermostat setting was changed while onsite for two portables. However, the lock box was not accessible for Portable184. HVAC contacted to address.
