Room 105 had several fabric items and artificial plants which all appeared to be clean at the time of the inspection. However, these items can become additional dust collectors, thus allergen sources, especially when handling/disturbing and/or in close contact. School administration is to determine if there is any educational value to having these items and/or have a cleaning maintenance plan for teaching staff to follow. Artificial plants are to be removed while fabric items should be removed, reduced, and/or follow a cleaning program. Food items were found to be accessible to pests in Rooms 121 and 150. School administration is to inform staff that food items are to be stored in a durable sealable container and then stored within a cabinet or drawer. The top of hallway lockers in the science wing and outside Rooms 127 and 128 had moderate/heavy visible dust accumulation. School custodial staff are to assess tops of lockers and clean as necessary. The metal shelving in room 148 had a light visible dust accumulation. A heavy visible dust accumulation in room 138 on top of the refrigerator and wall cabinets. School custodial staff is to clean the surfaces. An air freshener (could not readily locate) aroma was detected in the hallway shared between the administration areas of the elementary and middle schools. Room 131 room smelled of an air freshener (was located under a table). An aerosol disinfectant spray was located within the cabinet of the teacher island in science room 123. School administration is to inform staff these products are not permitted and be removed because they can mask an odor of concern and/or be a nuisance / irritant to other individuals.
No stained or damage ceiling tiles

Water stained ceiling tiles were observed in Room 123 (active near VAV equipment) and hallways (at fire doors near rooms 116 & 117; outside room 145 near rack of metal chairs).
