The ventilation ceiling cassette in room 50 has particulate accumulation on surfaces and is need of cleaning. The thermostat tamper proof cover in portable 13 was broken and not properly secured. Both items submitted under work order 188282.
The thermostat fan setting in portable 13 was positioned to "auto" instead of "on". The fan mode was reset to "on". Until further notice, schools are not to switch portables' fan setting from the "on" mode.
