Weight room - a portable dehumidifier was observed below the room's thermostat. When school is back in session, school administration is to inform staff not to place such equipment near the thermostat since it exhausts heat. In addition, school staff is to contact school administration if a comfort concern is present so a work order can be submitted to Building Services HVAC Shop.

Auxiliary gym - the wall to the right of the exit door has what appears to be a previous wall cut out. Air spaces / cracks are present in the block wall around the perimeter of this section.
The front of the school between art rooms and administration offices has holes within the exterior brick formed by previous signage anchorage.
Work Order 161133 addresses these findings.
Hallway with ramp leading from auditorium to band room - mineral salts forming at bottom of block wall beneath windows. Work order 163931.

Areas are below 70%, however moisture probing detected topical moisture in carpets of rooms 104, 107, and 302. Room 104 had an urine like odor. Carpet cleaning had performed weeks prior to inspection. Building Services HVAC Shop was contacted and Office of Environment will perform periodic inspections to observe for potential mold growth.
