Condition
Room is free of dust and clutter
Yes
No stained or damage ceiling tiles
No
Several ceiling tiles were water stained and may be a result of the ongoing roof replacement project. Some noted areas included hallways (outside of electrical room near kitchen door, outside room 12, and near AED at kitchen door, outside of cafeteria doors nearest the stage) and rooms 108 & 121. If not already being address, contact project manager of roofing project and/or submit a work order to Building Services for tiles not related to the roofing project.
No visible mold present (walls, cabinets, under sinks, behind posters)
Yes
Relative Humidity
Not above 70%
No
Room 106 was at 70% and was higher than other rooms served by same ventilation system type. Carpet had signs of topical moisture in random locations as determined by a moisture probe. A ceiling tile had been removed due to the roofing project and as a result, observed a void around pipes going through roof deck into a mechanical unit and/or room (may be contributing to increased relative humidity). Work Order 165596.
