Room 130 had a labeled custodial cleaning chemical spray bottled used by classroom staff readily accessible (sink counter) for students. School administration is to remind staff when they return to keep cleaning chemicals out of the reach of students.
An unlabeled spray bottled was observed under the sink within the health room. Spray bottles are to be labeled with a manufacturer label. Identify if product is a HCPSS custodial product. If so, affix the appropriate label issued by Custodial Services Office.
