Moderate dust accumulation on surfaces in rooms 130 (shelving above sink with personal items) and 154 (trophy shelving, file cabinets). Custodial (cleans) and teaching (removes personal items where present) staff are to work jointly to clean surfaces.
Room 130 has a throw rug that is curled up on the one end causing a trip/fall hazard. School administration is to have rug removed/replaced.
