Portable 166 - Elevated moisture in drywall near the main entry door as determined with a moisture meter (WO #166651). Portable 60 - Elevated moisture in drywall at front and back door. As a result, mold growth was observed on the backside of the wallpaper (one square foot) (See IEQ Concern CXMHMS2020000185 for additional details).

Room 107 - Mold within the fume hood, due to lack of HVAC during COVID closure and the fume hood was closed. The impacted area was cleaned upon discovery. No further action is warranted.

Various rooms were above 70% humidity. Supply air temperatures were also elevated. The chiller was found to be in alarm. Building Services (HVAC) was contacted to respond (WO #166062). No mold growth was identified.
