Foundation
No moisture penetration or signs of mold?
No
Portable 133 has a questionable moisture issue within the wall cavity to the right of the back door (non-ramp side). An inspection square was cut out of the drywall, no mold observed, but a noticeable damp odor was detected. About a 4' x 4' area of drywall was found to be wet or damp using a moisture meter. This section will be removed by Building Services for further inspection. Work Order 194872.

Room is free of dust and clutter
Yes
No stained or damage ceiling tiles
No
Dry brown water stained ceiling tiles were observed in room 21 (computer lab), hall outside room 254 (several stains and already red pinned), common area of pod outside room 39, and common area of pod outside room 50. If not already in progress, school custodial staff is to submit a work order for Building Services to assess, fix source, and replace ceiling tiles.
No visible mold present (walls, cabinets, under sinks, behind posters)
Yes
Relative Humidity
Not above 70%
No
Computer lab (room 21) was initially 70% and teacher indicated the room can become humid. Office of Environment will place a data logger to record temperature and relative humidity to identify possible concerns. Portable 133 was 71%, but was attributed to a door being slightly propped open and inherent operation of the HVAC unit during damp humid morning.
