Room 192 - The room's thermostat was partially obstructed of airflow by the magnetic placement of a laminate card. School administration is to inform staff to remove items from thermostat so it can accurately sense room air temperature and not cause thermal comfort issues (over cooling or heating). Room 172 - The wall air return grille is obstructed by large poster board and boxes of goods. School administration is to inform staff to keep HVAC air supply diffusers and returns (at least 3 feet) cleared to allow for proper air mixing.

Room 170 - A plug in air freshener was observed in room 170 near teacher's desk. Also room 189 had an aerosol disinfectant spray. School administration is to inform staff aerosol disinfectants, air fresheners/odorizers are not permitted because they can mask odors of concern and/or be an irritant to others. Items are to removed from the school.
