No odors, noise or vibration
Yes
Clean, no obstructions
No
Thermostats / sensors were obstructed and/or near heat sources which could provide false room temperature allowing the room to potentially over cool or heat. Room 2B has a coffee maker near thermostat along with a nearby folder that could cover the thermostat. The thermostat in room 32 is up against a file cabinet with a printer on top (emits heat). The sensors are a blank chrome plate (typically labeled with "VAV #"). School administration is to inform staff what the sensors look like and to avoid obstructing and placing items nearby that may influence temperature reading. Staff are to move items away from the thermostats. The fan setting in portable 72 was set to "auto" instead of "on". The fan mode of the portables' thermostat is to be set to "on" at this present time. The fan mode was switched back to "on" until further notice.

Cafeteria has water stained ceiling tiles near the drywall bulkhead. Custodial staff has reported to Building Services. However a work order has been issued for Building Services to get above the drop ceiling (too high for a ladder) to observe the backside of the bulkhead to see if water impacted (mold). No water staining observed on exposed side. Work order 190044. Water stained ceiling tiles observed in gym office, girls restroom in POD 2, hallway across from electrical room 2, and room 65 (back right corner near return air grille). If not already being addressed, school custodial staff is to submit a work order to Building Services to assess source of stain and replace ceiling tile.
