Water stained ceiling tiles were observed in cafeteria (above chalkboard and above right bank of windows), art room (exterior wall above both sets of bulletin boards), related services room / 70 (near right window), and choral room / 102 (right corner of exterior wall above guitars). If not already being addressed, school custodial staff is to submit a work order to Building Services to evaluate and correct source of leak. If the choral room ceiling tile stain has not been reported or resolved, it is recommended the school remove the instruments stored below the ceiling tile.

A large copier in the Guidance reception area is placed near a HVAC thermostat. The heat emitted / exhausted from the copier could give a false reading of the ambient air temperature to the thermostat thus over cool or heat the space. School administration is to attempt to relocate copier. If not possible, school may submit a work order to Building Services to inquire about the possibility of relocating the thermostat.
