Water stained ceiling tiles observed in rooms 20 (near a supply diffuser near windows), 70 (left corner of right window), hall above water fountain across from room 11, and second floor hall above locker #716 near smoke doors across from room 14 (area pinned) along with room 13 which is the backside of the locker (drywall was dry as determined by moisture probe). If not already being addressed, school custodial staff is to submit a work order to Building Services. Minor mold growth formed on ceiling tile above locker 716. Until the source is corrected the ceiling tile should be replaced as often as necessary once mold growth becomes visible.
