Room 122 (seminar room) felt cold (69 degrees & 58% relative humidity) which may be due to clothing obstructing/covering the room's thermostat. Besides Building Maintenance reviewing operation of the ventilation unit (work order 248697), the school administration is to inform staff to remove clothing from the thermostat and keep free of clutter or devices that emit heat or cool air. Room 108 had a plug-in odorizer which is not permitted because it can mask an odor of concern and/or be an irritant to other individuals. School administration is to inform staff and have removed from the school.

Water stained ceiling tiles were observed in rooms 5 (few, one being difficult to see at corner of protruding wall near TV) and 25, media center (brick column near circulation desk), and hallways (few near boiler room and kitchen; outside room 17; outside ESOL on second floor; outside room 11; outside of room 53). If not already being addressed, school custodial staff is to submit a work order to Building Maintenance to assess and correct leak then replace ceiling tile.
