Cafeteria - minor failing of paint due to possible moisture from failing window and door detail. Observed at bottom left of the exit door to the right and bottom left of the middle window. (Work Order 130306). Room 118 - crack in block wall at the left corner of the right exterior window. (Work Order 160309). Room 221 - small hole in bock wall near closet. (Work Order 160309). Room 219 - cracks in block wall beside windows on both the white and blue colored walls. (Work Order 160309).

Tectum style ceiling tile around air supply diffusers are dirty. Located in locker area in hall outside room 201. This applies to each section of lockers in the hall at the beginning of each grade section/wing (Work Order 160311). Room 109 has a ceiling tile with old and new staining with minor mold growth forming. The tile is beneath HVAC equipment. (Work Order 160312). Drywall ceiling in laundry room between gym locker rooms was water stained (dry). No mold growth observed on the back side. (Work Order 160307). Water staining was observed in rooms 118 (kiln room), cafeteria (right exterior wall), and 115 (near wall clock). Custodial staff is to submit a work order if not already being addressed.

The relative humidity was not above 70%. However, the zone (i.e. media and rooms 104, 202, 221) served by HVAC unit 3 had some discrepancies compared to other HVAC zones. Building Services HVAC Shop was notified and investigating. The Office of Environment will perform periodic room inspections (mold growth related to inadequately condition space) within the questionable zone until the situation is resolved.
