Findings

Date of Assessment:  August 24, 2020

A circular patch of mold growth was observed on the carpet.

No other mold growth was observed in the classroom nor adjacent classrooms.

The relative humidity in the classroom and rooms within the same ventilation zone was acceptable (<60%).

The classroom carpet was dry as determined by the use of a moisture probe.

The cause is thought to be materials being set on top of carpet after the carpet was cleaned and before completely drying.
