Misc. Comments
1. On all Heat Pump Units (HPU) filter section access cover plates are missing and laying on the side. This causes air leakage to outside.
2. Some of the spare filters boxes stored in mechanical penthouse are blocking the access to DOAS-2. Always maintain proper access to all mechanical equipment.
3. Many spare filters are improperly stored in the mechanical penthouse and other mechanical rooms. They should always be stored in completely tight enclosed box to protect them from collecting dust/particulate.
4. In all small mechanical rooms old filters are still in sitting in the rooms and should be removed.
