On majority of rooftop units some of the screws on the end cover plates for the filters are missing, creating air bypass around filters. All filters end cover plates should be properly screwed in to hold filters in place and prevent any air bypass. ACU-2- Filter end cover plate is standing in the middle of air flow path creating restrictions. It should be installed on the end of the filter bank. ACU-12 - Air bypass around filters.
