School custodial staff is to submit a work order to Building Services if not already being addressed.

Portable 114 has mold growth on fabric chairs and some wood furnishings. The cause was due to the thermostat fan mode being set to"on" (operates 24/7) instead of "auto" (only comes on when calling for heat/cool). As a result, moist unconditioned air is introduced into the portable. Office of Environment directed school custodial staff what and how to clean impacted items and when discarding is necessary.
